Short version: GuideNow does not set tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage for anonymous session management only. Third-party services (Stripe, Cloudflare) may set their own cookies — see their policies for details.

1. Do We Use Cookies?

GuideNow itself does not set any first-party cookies on your browser. We use localStorage — a browser storage mechanism — for a single purpose: storing an anonymous session ID so your AI conversation persists if you close and reopen the page.

localStorage data is never sent to third parties, never synced across browsers, and never linked to your identity.

3. Third-Party Cookies

The following third-party services may set cookies when you interact with GuideNow:

Stripe

Payment processing. Stripe sets fraud-prevention cookies when you initiate a checkout. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Bot verification. Cloudflare may set a session cookie to verify you are human. This is strictly necessary for service security.

Vercel

Hosting infrastructure. Vercel does not set cookies by default but may log request metadata for performance analytics.

4. How to Clear Storage

You can clear GuideNow session data at any time:

·Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → Site data
·Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
·Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data

Clearing site data will reset your session counter and any active AI conversation.

5. We Do Not Use

✗Google Analytics or any analytics tracking cookies
✗Facebook Pixel or other social tracking
✗Remarketing or ad targeting cookies
✗Cross-site tracking of any kind

6. Changes

We will update this page if our use of cookies or storage changes. Check the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
